Important Update Regarding SignalChem Biotech

Effective April 25, 2024, SignalChem Biotech is no longer a part of the SignalChem Lifesciences family of companies.


Following its acquisition by Sino Biological Inc. (Company duly established under the laws of People’s Republic of China), SignalChem Biotech operates as a separate entity. Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Sino Biological Inc. has been granted a non-exclusive license to continue using the "SignalChem" corporate name and trademark only with the business of the Licensee until April 24, 2027.


  • Corporate Identity: SignalChem Lifesciences and SignalChem Biotech are distinct organizations with independent management and operations.
  • Brand Usage: While you will continue to see the SignalChem name associated with Biotech products through early 2027, these activities are under the direction of Sino Biological.
  • Our Commitment: SignalChem Lifesciences remains dedicated to its core mission of innovative research and development within the life sciences sector, continuing our legacy of excellence independently of the Biotech division.
